If your vehicle develops a fault and you have a valid technical cover, you can report it to us using the form below before taking the car to a repair shop. We will provide you with further instructions, and after the diagnosis, the repair shop will contact us and, if necessary, submit a claim regarding the breakdown.
For matters agreed upon at the time of purchase or any deficiencies (e.g. tires, equipment, keys), please contact the selling dealership.
